Battery Powered Husqvarna 540iXP® with 16" Bar & Chain

Here's the good information first... this has an exceptional amount of power for how light it is. The redesigned chain and bar combo really make this saw powerful and quick cutting not to mention smooth, no vibration. The saw is so easy to use... lock in a battery... press the power button... make your cuts... press the power button. I feel like this saw really has advantages over gas powered saws in the winter time. Due to the fact, you never have to warm the saw up or worry about cold seizing the motor. It always has optimum power at the touch of a button, literally. I also like the ECO mode feature next to the power button for removing limbs and brush. Tap the Eco button and reduce the engine output power by a small percentage and save your battery. I was slightly worried that the battery would not last long during cutting, but surprisingly you can accomplish a lot of cutting on logs and smaller material. The saw is a must-have for me on a daily basis on the job

This saw works great for cutting up smaller stuff. Definitely quieter than a gas saw, and a surprising amount of power for a battery saw. Start up is quick and easy with the press of a button. Yeah,. they’re a bit pricey, but you definitely get your money’s worth. If you’re doing removals, I recommend getting an extra battery tho
