Cable Core Fliplines
Cable core fliplines are exactly that, a steel cable core inside of a 16 strand outer cover. These stiffened lanyards offer the benefit of greater control while flipping it up the tree trunk. Because of their ability to “flip” up the trunk, they have been called fliplines. The steel core offers added protection against accidental chainsaw and handsaw nicks. Though they do offer added “protection”, they are NOT chainsaw resistant or chainsaw proof. Always use caution when using a chainsaw aloft. Usually adjusted with a mechanical rope grab and with a double locking steel snap on the terminating end, Cable Core Fliplines are a great tool for removals and general tree work.
