Tree Climbing Pulley
An important piece of arborist hardware is the pulley/impact blocks. There are many different formations designed for specific applications and tasks. Pulleys can be used for rigging, speed lines and hauling, and even line management. Many of them are grit and water-resistant. While rigging, pulleys are meant to be used in a static system and not shock loaded. Blocks are shock-loaded. Some block and tackle pulleys can be used to create easy mechanical advantage.
