Shipping Policy

Bartlett Arborist Supply ships professional arborist and utility equipment across the United States. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Most orders received before 3:00 PM EST ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 PM EST ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Any shipping or transit time offered to you by Bartlett Arborist Supply or a carrier is an estimate only. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Free Shipping

Web orders over $99 qualify for free shipping in the continental U.S. These orders ship either UPS Ground or USPS during business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM EST. Free shipping is not included on freight shipments and may not be combined with additional discounts.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

We ship primarily via UPS and USPS. Please note that the ‘UPS 2nd Day Air’ option refers to UPS business days only (Monday–Friday). For example, if an order is placed on a Thursday with UPS 2nd Day Air selected, the shipment should arrive the following Monday.

Out-of-Stock Items

If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will keep you informed and ship it as it becomes available. On multiple-item orders we make every attempt to ship everything together; if an item is unavailable, we will contact you and you will only be charged for products contained in each shipment.
