Tree Climber Gaff Straps

Bottom and upper tree straps, or climber straps, are used to affix spikes to climbers’ feet. Tree climbing straps go through a lot of wear so they do need be periodically replaced.

Climber gaff straps may serve a simple purpose, but they have a crucial role in keeping your spikes tight to your feet. Straps can be purchased solely for replacements or to customize your climber sets. All of our tree climbing straps are well crafted, strong, and sold in pairs. Typically, replacement straps are made from leather, like many from Weaver Leather.

There are stronger Neoprene options from Buckingham. Leather tree straps tend to dry out and crack, but nylon ones last longer.
